The Frameworks Consortium Story
Frameworks Consortium was born out of several principles that guided Frameworks Consulting when helping companies scale their success.
Frameworks Consulting focused on providing fractional chief operations help to companies. This often required working with the existing team as well as bringing in other services to be integrated within the company to achieve objectives. Whether managing projects or adding value through strategic planning, there was always something missing - a structure to guide and integrate services these services in a scalable way.
Frameworks Consortium uses a structure similar to those of an Enterprise organization. You, as the business owner have access to a team of experts, highly disciplined in their field, who are proactively monitoring the success of your business through metrics and managed efforts. Your fractional C-Suite is there to guide you and help you continuously validate your strategic journey.
Underneath that C-Suite are your company’s managers and Frameworks Consortium Service Providers. The Service Providers are thoroughly vetted and their performance governed by our agreements. Through projects or managed services, these providers are the boots on the ground help that turn conceptual coaching into laser-targeted action.
Our client business owners meet on a monthly basis in a peer mastermind setting, helping each other with leadership mindset, spreading economic knowledge, and fostering comradery. In addition to the monthly meetings, we offer yearly Executive Retreats where we focus on recharging and shoring up strategic plans.

If your company is running on EOS or considering it, our program runs well in conjunction (EOS manages your company/teams) while the Consortium helps guide the business owner and leadership. If you know EOS, think of us as “Integrator as a service” on an enterprise scale!
